Another year is almost over and a brand new year is upon us.
Entertaining on this special night can be made elegant with just a few additions to your ordinary dishes and accessories.
We chose a mostly gold, white, and purple theme.
Then we added some sparkle with gold crinkle used for gift bag filler along with a generous sprinkling of gold and silver flakes.
It starts with a foundation of a shimmery tablecloth and napkins.
Each place setting starts with a purple paisley scrapbook paper placemat and is topped with a gold charger.
The plate stack is two white dinner plates of different sizes, a purple salad plate topped with a white saucer and gold bowl.
Each gold bowl received either a beaded ball or a beaded glass bird in a gold crinkle nest.
The brass lamp is actually a glass and brass jar sitting on an inverted brass bowl.
Happy New Year!!!
Very best wishes for 2018.
